In this year horizon Freiburg took place on July 2rd and 3rd.
The southernwest city in Baden-Württemberg has 220.000 inhabitants and therefore represents an efficient catchment area. The area forms together with its bordering regions in the neighbouring countries France and Switzerland an economically strong border triangle.
The Messe Freiburg has an ultra-modern exhibition area, this year Hall 3 was the scene for the horizon in Freiburg.
Exhibitors from across Germany and neighbouring countries presented themselves as well as their study programmes. In addition well-known companies have been providing information on their integrated degree courses and training courses for school leavers with the Abitur (German general qualification for university entrance).
